Belmed was founded in 1976 by Jerry Belcher
He started the business in Maryland and eventually moved the company to Pennsylvania, where he began to manufacture and assemble the products in his basement. This was the start of something big.
Jerry had a vision for Belmed-he was a stickler for detail, insisting on top quality materials and workmanship. As the company grew, he moved it to the current manufacturing facility located in Red Lion, PA.
Today Belmed is an industry leader, supplying state of the art equipment to dental offices nationwide. Although Jerry is no longer with us, his high ideals for the success of his company live on through his wife Jeanne. She continues to move the company forward through her leadership and commitment to the industry.
